This a dedicated purpose-built food shop container. Complete with stainless steel L-shaped bench and stainless sink. Chequer plate floor for safe working.
The LUNCH BOX is fitted with a single security door, LED light and a gull-wing window opens out to provide easy flow for food serving and access to customers.
Structure is made of steel frame construction and 60mm insulated wall panelling.

SLEEP BOX - Sleep Out Container
The SLEEP BOX is ideal if you require an additional room - either as a rental unit or to accommodate visitors or extended family. This option is also suitable as a hobby room or WORK BOX - Site Office.
Construction is fully insulated 60mm sandwich panel construction with double glazed windows and sliding door. Once warmed up they retain their heat. A simple oil column heater will heat this up in 15 minutes!
The SLEEP BOX is fitted with an internal LED light and power sockets including a phone and internet jack. An external power socket provides electricity into the office (same as a caravan connection).
No consents required, simply buy and rent out.
Size is 2.3m wide x 2.9m long and 2.3m high. Easily lifted with hiab, forklift, or small truck crane.
